Edible Wednesday: Peach Shredded Wheat Crumble

Before you read this...please note, it's all gone. I can assure you this Peach Shredded Wheat Crumble was absolutely delicious and addictive. I say this sweetly...and for the record...I cannot be held liable for your making this, enjoying it to the fullest, and wanting more! You have been warned.

Ok - Now with that out of the way...

Here's what you'll need:
8 LARGE Shredded Wheat biscuits
1 large can (24 oz) of Sliced Peaches (need to dice) (I prefer unsweetened)
1 stick of butter
1/2 - 1 cup Brown Sugar (this may depend on what kind of peaches you get)
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
Chopped Pecans (optional)
Raisins (optional)
And a 9x13 Pyrex dish or other pan

Here's what you'll do:
Lay our your biscuits in the pan.
Layer the peaches on top, and then our all of the juice from the can on top.
Chop up the butter and spread it out on top.
Spread out the Brown Sugar, Cinnamon & Nutmeg
Add Raisins & Pecans or any other toppings of choice.
Bake in the oven 375d until the top is golden brown and all the butter is melted and juices absorbed (20-30 min)
Serve immediately topped with the ever so wonderful Vanilla Ice Cream! (and enjoy)
